Dear Clients, Collaborators, and Partners to understand that we have lived through an economic situation in a quite unfavorable, in our Country, in recent years, which has brought about negative impacts on the activities of the sales of products and services for all, including IMBIL.
I understand that the crisis, which is not, and should not be ignored, nor can they drag us into a mood of gloom and despondency which, in addition to nothing to contribute to a solution, that would keep us from seeing new opportunities, which are based on the needs of the operational priorities and the funds ' current for our Customers.
In IMBIL, in addition to all of the extreme difficulties under which it passes to the Brazil, and we had to grieve and cope with the loss of a partner – and you, my dear brother: Vladimir Johnson Junior – in the that you have in the required Faith to overcome, and Focus to make.
Our homework has been done with humility and determination: organizational changes, the adequacy of the processes, the exploration of alternatives on the market, and talks constantly, in order to preserve, as much as possible, the health and satisfaction of our Customers, Partners, and co-workers.
We refuse to be discouraged! We refuse to give up!
It is worth noting that in the current situation of the lack of ethics, trust, and the lack of financial resources, we have pursued tenaciously for the purpose of providing the ultimate in Added Value for our Customers, while incorporating our Products and Services: - engineering, customization options, peripherals, instrumentation, valves, pipes, fittings, flanges,—, civil engineering and mechanics, project management, and efficient post-sales services.
The cost and time reduced, and management is related to the results, and effective communication has been achieved through a flexible organizational structure, problem-oriented Projects, while allowing for the mitigation of the damages that can affect our portfolio of sales and revenue.
On the other hand, we have been an invaluable help of our Suppliers, Partners, and Employees, and we are all convinced that, alone, we are easily overcome by the crisis, but together, as we have been, we shall be strong enough to get through it.
All of my thanks to them.
Finally, I wish to reaffirm my belief that Brazil is higher than that of those who don't care to destroy it by putting their interests, dishonest, and you to the front of the needs and ethics of the majority of the People, honest, trustworthy and a hard worker.
I believe that justice will be done to the fullest, the best times are to come, and, without a doubt, we will come out stronger, healthier and more in this crisis.
Together, United, non-stop, or hesitate let's keep going and get through this hell!!!
